REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your Ursula & Lily aromatherapy bracelet! If you're not completely satisfied, please find our policy below:

Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange your bracelet within 30 days of delivery if:

• The bracelet is unworn and unused
• It's in its original condition
• You contact us first at hello@ursulaandlily.com

How to Return:

1. Email us at hello@ursulaandlily.com within 30 days of receiving your order
2. We'll confirm your return eligibility and provide our return address and authorization
3. Ship the item back to the address provided (customer pays return shipping; we recommend using a trackable shipping method)
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
   

Defective or Damaged Items

If your bracelet arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us immediately at hello@ursulaandlily.com with photos
• We'll send a replacement at no charge OR issue a full refund
• We cover return shipping for defective items

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Bracelets that have been worn or used (for hygiene reasons, as essential oils are applied to the beads)
• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
